COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were no Communications. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />There was no Old Business. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />Mr. Hunt asked that item 6.e be added to the agenda. <br />There was no objection and the item was added. <br />a. Commission approval requested for <br />professional services in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. (Asbestos removal for <br />Olive Road house) <br />Mr. Rock noted that upon inspection of the <br />recently purchased property on Olive Rd., it was <br />discovered that asbestos was present in the <br />house. The previous property owners <br />approached the City with an offer to sell their <br />property to the City due to the surrounding area <br />being all industrial. The City thought it in the <br />best interest of the property owner and the City <br />to purchase the property.
