South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Special Meeting - January 26, 2001 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />c. Commission authorization requested to <br />publish Notice of Intended Sale of Property in <br />the South Bend Central Development Area <br />(Parts of Parcels C7 -1 and C10 -1), with <br />publication dates of February 2, 2001 and <br />February 9, 2001, for receipt of bids at 8:00 <br />a.m. on February 20, 2001. <br />Mr. Giulioni noted that due to time constraints, <br />there will need to be a Special Meeting on <br />February 20, 2001 for receipt of bids on the <br />parcels for sale. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded by <br />Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission authorized the publication for <br />Notice of Intended Sale of Property in the South <br />Bend Central Development Area (parts of Parcels <br />C7 -1 and C10 -1) with publication dates of <br />February 2, 2001 and February 9, 2001 for <br />receipt of bids at 8:00 a.m. on February 20, 2001. <br />7.
