Commission approval requested for Bid <br />Specifications and Design Guidelines for parts <br />of Disposition Parcels C7 -1 and C10 -1. <br />Mr. Giulioni explained the bid specifications and <br />design guidelines for the parcels that are to be <br />sold in relation to the River Glen Office Campus <br />Expansion Project in the South Bend Central <br />Development Area. He noted that all of the <br />provisions of I.C. 36- 7 -14 -22 will apply to the <br />-3- <br />COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION <br />NO. 1826 SETTING THE FAIR RE -USE VALUE <br />OF PROPERTY IN THE SOUTH BEND CENTRAL <br />DEVELOPMENT AREA, PART OF C7 -1 AND <br />PART OF C10 -I <br />
