NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />c. continued... <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by <br />Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved both proposals for the <br />appraisals of the properties located in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. (52680 and 52720 <br />Olive Rd.) <br />d. Commission approval requested for <br />professional services for property located in <br />the South Bend Central Development Area. <br />(Repair of the facade to the State Theater) <br />Mr. Inks stated that repairs need to be made to <br />the terra cotta base of the State Theater. Staff <br />received two proposals for the repair work. One <br />proposal is from Ziolkowski Construction, Inc. in <br />the amount of $429 and the other proposal is <br />from Verkler, Inc. In the amount of $850. Staff <br />recommended approving the proposal from <br />Ziolkowski Construction, Inc. in the amount of <br />$429. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by <br />Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the proposal from <br />Ziolkowski Construction, Inc. for professional <br />services in the South Bend Central Development <br />Area.
