South Bend Redevelopment Commission
Regular Meeting - March 2, 2001
4. COMMUNICATIONS
There were no Communications. THERE WERE NO COMMUNICATIONS
5. OLD BUSINESS
There was no Old Business.
6. NEW BUSINESS
a. Commission approval requested for the
disposition of property in the Airport
Economic Development Area. (Lot 3,
Blackthorn Corporate Center)
THERE WAS NO OLD BUSINESS
Mr. Rock stated that staff had received a proposal
from County Mayo Irish Inn & Pub, LLC for the
hotel site in the Blackthorn Corporate Office
Park.
