NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />a. continued... <br />the former Oliver Plow Works site. <br />Mr. Hunt opened the Public Hearing on <br />Resolution No. 1831 and ask it there was anyone <br />who wished to speak. There being no one who <br />wished to speak regarding Resolution No. 1831, <br />Mr. Hunt closed the Public Hearing for whatever <br />action the Commission wished to take. <br />b. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1831. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded by <br />Mr. Caldwell and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 1831 a <br />resolution of the City of South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission amending the <br />Sample -Ewing Development Area Development <br />Plan. <br />c. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1836 approving an application <br />for real property tax deduction for property <br />located in the Airport Economic Development <br />Area. (Bee & Deb, LLC ( Tatay Drilling)) <br />Ms. Moran reported that Bee & Deb, LLC ( Tatay <br />Drilling) proposes to build a 17,820 sq. ft. <br />industrial building. The majority of the facility <br />will be utilized by Tatay Drilling and additional <br />space will be leased to small shop operators and <br />manufacturers. The total cost for the building <br />will be an estimated $450,000. This project is <br />critical to the operations of Tatay Drilling and <br />Bee & Deb, LLC.
