The last <br />proposal is from R & R Excavating, Inc. in the <br />amount of $5,500.00. Staff recommends <br />accepting the proposal from Grade -Rite <br />Excavating, Inc. in the amount of $5,250.00. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by <br />Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the proposal from Grade - <br />Rite Excavating, Inc. for professional services in <br />the Airport Economic Development Area. <br />(Demolition of a house on Brick Rd.) <br />L Commission approval requested for <br />professional environmental services in the <br />Sample -Ewing Development Area. (Collection <br />of ground water samples, 414 West Sample <br />St.) <br />Ms. Kolata stated that staff received a proposal <br />from Hull & Associates, Inc. in an amount <br />between $4,913 and $8,282. She explained that <br />Hull & Associates, Inc. will provide <br />environmental consulting services related to the <br />identification of potential groundwater <br />contamination. Staff recommends approving the <br />proposal from Hull & Associates, Inc. for <br />environmental services in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded by <br />Mr. Caldwell and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the proposal for <br />professional environmental services in the <br />Sample -Ewing Development Area.
