The first year cost is estimated <br />at $16,000 and is currently included in the TIF <br />budget for the Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />The contract is not yet finalized and will be <br />brought to the Commission for ratification at a <br />later meeting. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded by <br />Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the hiring Zevnik Horton <br />Guibord McGovern Palmer & Fognani for legal <br />services in the Sample -Ewing Development <br />Area. Commission authorization requested for filing <br />a claim in the Bankruptcy of Allied Products <br />Corporation. <br />Ms. Kolata explained that Allied Products, owner <br />of the former stamping plant and Oliver Plow <br />Works, has filed a Chapter 11 bankruptcy. <br />May 17, 2001 is the last date for filing claims <br />with the bankruptcy court.
