Commission ratification requested for Agreement <br />for Professional Services with <br />nc. in the <br />t <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that on April 6 the Commission <br />approved the proposal from Hull and Associates to <br />provide general <br />rjnted to th P. property acquisitions, <br />� property acquisition, and for coordination <br />with the Indiana Department of Environmental <br />Management for site assessment activities to be <br />performed on the properties inAl� This is the <br />final agreement for signing. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded by Mr. COMMISSION APPROVED AND RATIFIED THE <br />Caldwell and unanimously approved, the AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES WIT <br />Commission ratified the Agreement for Professional HULL AND ASSOCIATES, INC. IN THE SAMPLE <br />EWING DEVELOPMENT AREA <br />Services with Hull and Associates, Inc. in the <br />Sample Ewing Development Area. <br />c.
