Filing of Resolution No. 1839 amending the <br />Sample -Ewing Development Area <br />Development Plan and setting a Public <br />Hearing for July 20, 2001 at 10:00 a.m. <br />The Commission accepted for fling Resolution <br />No. 1839 and set a public hearing on Resolution <br />No. 1839 for July 20, 2001 at 10:00 a.m. <br />d. Commission approval requested for <br />professional services in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. (Sign design in the <br />Blackthorn West Business Park) <br />Mr. Case explained that the intent is for the new <br />sign be similar to the limestone sign for <br />Blackthorn Corporate Park. Sitescapes Inc., will <br />provide the conceptual drawings; on -site <br />selection of limestone; preparation of <br />construction documents and bid packets for <br />installation of the sign and landscaping <br />materials; and on -site observation during <br />construction and landscape plantings. <br />Sitescapes Inc., submitted a proposal to <br />complete the project for $2800. <br />Ms. Greene informed the Commission that in <br />the paragraph regarding invoicing, the sentence <br />about paying interest must be struck from the <br />contract.
