South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting— November 2, 2001 <br />H. Other <br />(1) Commission approval requested for <br />appointment of one member to the <br />Development Design Review <br />Committee. <br />Mr. Rock reported that Matt Kahn <br />recommended that Mr. Dean Bergeman <br />be appointed to the Development Design <br />Review Committee. The first meeting of <br />the Development Design Review <br />Committee will be held Friday, <br />November 16, 2001. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, <br />seconded by Ms. Jones and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission approved the <br />appointment of Mr. Dean Bergeman to <br />the Development Design Review <br />Committee. <br />7. PROGRESS REPORTS <br />Mr. Case reported that Koontz Wagner is moving <br />into the Dynamic Fab property. <br />Mr. Hunt asked for a progress report regarding <br />Copiers Plus and the Michigan Street rental <br />property. Mr. Mathia responded that Copiers Plus <br />had moved in and were taking applications for retail <br />jobs. <br />8. NEXT COMMISSION MEETING <br />The next Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment <br />Commission is scheduled for November 16, 2001 at <br />10:00 a.m. <br />9.
