Housing (Continued...) <br />(1) Continued... <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded by <br />Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Loan and Grant in <br />accordance with the Affordable Loan Program <br />for property located at 1813 Oliver Street. <br />(Violet Bobelenyi) <br />(2) Commission approval requested for Loan <br />and Grant in accordance with the Affordable <br />Loan Program for property located at 1806 <br />Kendall Street. (Frances C. Lopez) <br />Mr. Inks noted that the loan is for $10,600 due <br />upon sale of the property and with an interest <br />rate of 0 %.
