Airport Economic Development Area <br />(Continued...) <br />(1) Continued... <br />recommended that the Redevelopment <br />Commission approve the Certificate of <br />Completion for ABRO Facilities so that they <br />may receive their performance guarantee <br />refund. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Caldwell, seconded <br />by Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Certificate of <br />Completion for property located at 3580 <br />Blackthorn Court in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. (ABRO Facilities II <br />LLC.) <br />(2) Commission approval requested for <br />professional services in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. (Demolition <br />of house at 53011 Olive Road) <br />Mr. Rock explained that the house is on the <br />southwest corner of Olive Road and old <br />Cleveland Road. This property was <br />purchased to allow for improvements along <br />Olive Road. <br />The Fire Department has been using the <br />house for training and would like to thank <br />the Commission for that opportunity. They <br />are through with it and it is ready to be <br />demolished. <br />Bids were requested for the complete <br />demolition of the existing house, pool, and <br />work shop; removal of concrete drives, <br />slabs, foundations, footings; backfilling the <br />basement and all voids created by <br />22 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE CERTIFICATE OF <br />COMPLETION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />3580 BLACKTHORN COURT IN THE AIRPORT <br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AREA.
