Sample -Ewing Development Area <br />(Continued...) <br />(2) Continued... <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Caldwell and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Second <br />Amendment to Agreement for professional <br />services in the Sample -Ewing Development <br />Area. (Hull & Associates) <br />E. Airport Economic Development Area <br />(1) Commission approval requested for <br />professional services in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. (Title and <br />Appraisal Services, 52650 Olive Road) <br />Mr. Williams explained that we received a <br />proposal from Meridian Title to perform the <br />title work for $150. The staff recommends <br />accepting the proposal. <br />We received two proposals for appraisal <br />work. R.E. Pitts and Jerome Michaels each <br />proposed to complete the work for a cost of <br />$1,500. Since two appraisals are required to <br />establish fair market value, the staff <br />recommends accepting both proposals as. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded by <br />Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission accepted the proposals of <br />Meridian Title Corp., R.E.
