Sample -Ewing Development Area <br />(Continued...) <br />(1) (Continued) <br />The Commission accepted for filing <br />Resolution No. 1860 and set a public <br />hearing on Resolution No. 1860 for <br />10:00 a.m., January 18, 2002. <br />E. Airport Economic Development Area <br />(1) Staff report on disposition of property <br />in the Airport Economic Development <br />Area. <br />Mr. Schalliol Reported that on <br />November 2, 2001 United Beverage, <br />through a representative of FM Stone <br />Commercial, requested a 120 day period <br />to study the feasibility of relocating it's <br />beverage distribution facility to a site <br />described as Lots 11,12, and 13 within <br />the US 31 Industrial Park. The <br />Commission approved the request with <br />the provision that the petitioner followup <br />after 60 days of the original approval to <br />provide an update on the plan process <br />and, if progress was deemed acceptable, <br />the petitioner would receive the full 120 <br />day study period. <br />Staff recommended the Commission <br />approve the full 120 day study period to <br />end on March 1, 2002. The City is <br />working with the petitioner on the <br />feasibility of expansion at their existing <br />site. If United Beverage decides to <br />expand at it's present site, the remaining <br />study period would no longer be needed. <br />7 <br />COMMISSION ACCEPTED FOR FILING RESOLUTION <br />NO. 1860 AND SET A PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1860 FOR 10:00 A.M., <br />JANUARY 18, 2002. <br />
