Airport Economic Development Area <br />(Continued...) <br />(1) (Continued) <br />The 60 day extension is needed to allow <br />for continued study on both sites. If it is <br />known before the March 1, 2002 <br />deadline that this site is not required, the <br />petitioner will withdraw the request for <br />these three parcels. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, <br />seconded by Mr. Caldwell and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved the request for another 60 day <br />study period for United Beverage. <br />(2) Filing of Resolution No. 1861 a <br />resolution of the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission <br />determining its intent to pay certain <br />expenses incurred for local public <br />improvements in or serving the <br />Airport Economic Development Area <br />Allocation Area No.1 from the Airport <br />Economic Development Area <br />Allocation Area No.1 Special Fund <br />and setting a public hearing for 10:00 <br />a.m., January 18, 2002. <br />The Commission accepted for filing <br />Resolution No. 1861 and set a public <br />hearing on Resolution No. 1861 for <br />10:00 a.m., January 18, 2002. <br />F.
