Public Hearing (Continued...) <br />(1) (Continued) <br />Resolution No. 1857 and asked if there <br />was anyone who wish to speak. There <br />being no one who wished to speak <br />regarding Resolution No. 1857, Mr. <br />Hunt closed the Public Hearing for <br />whatever action the Commission wished <br />to take. <br />(2) Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1857. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, <br />seconded by Mr. Kahn and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission approved <br />Resolution No. 1857 a resolution of the <br />South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission determining to appropriate <br />monies for the purpose of defraying the <br />expenses of certain local public <br />improvements for the fiscal year <br />beginning January 1, 2002 and ending <br />December 31, 2002, including all <br />outstanding claims and obligations. <br />(Blackthorn Golf Course, Airport <br />Economic Development Area) <br />B.
