Airport Economic Development Area <br />(1) Commission approval requested for <br />Contract For Sale of Land For Private <br />Development in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. (Crescent <br />Michiana Properties, LLC – Panzica) <br />Mr. Rock reported that Crescent <br />Michiana Properties, LLC is purchasing <br />Lot 4 in the Blackthorn Corporate Office <br />Park. The property is just north of the <br />Citicorp (previously The Associates) <br />building. Crescent plans to construct a <br />30,000 sq ft speculative building, along <br />with a parking lot to assist with overflow <br />parking from the Citicorp building. Mr. <br />Rock noted that Crescent will have <br />twelve months from the date of closing <br />to locate a tenant and begin construction. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Roemer, COMMISSION APPROVED THE CONTRACT FOR <br />seconded by Ms. Jones and unanimously SALE OF LAND FOR PRIVATE DEVELOPMENT IN <br />carried, the Commission approved the THE AIRPORT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AREA. <br />(CRESCENT MICHIANA PROPERTIES, <br />Contract For Sale of Land For Private LLC— PANzIcA) <br />Development in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area.
