Sample -Ewing Development Area <br />(3) continued... <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded <br />by Ms. Roemer and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission authorized use of the <br />Oliver Plow Works parking lot in the <br />Sample -Ewing Development Area for <br />the 38" International SDC Meet, June 23 <br />through June 29, 2002 subject to the <br />submission of a certificate of insurance <br />and an indemnification agreement. <br />(Studebaker Drivers Club) <br />F. Airport Economic Development Area <br />(1) Commission authorization requested <br />to file a petition to rezone Lots 9 <br />through 13 of the US 31 Industrial <br />Park in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. <br />Mr. Schalliol advised that staff was <br />seeking authorization to file a rezoning <br />petition for lots 9 -13 (inclusive) of the <br />US 31 Industrial Park from ,IP" <br />Industrial Park to "D" Light Industrial, <br />"A" Height & Area.
