Airport Economic Development Area <br />(1) <br />(2) <br />continued... <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, <br />seconded by Ms. Roemer and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />authorized the filing of a petition to <br />rezone Lots 9 -13 of the US 31 Industrial <br />Park in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. <br />Commission approval requested for <br />professional services for property <br />located in the US 31 Industrial Park in <br />the Airport Economic Development <br />Area. (Platting and Topographical <br />Survey services) <br />Mr. Schalliol reported that as part of the <br />pre - development process for the <br />disposition of property in the US 31 <br />Industrial Park, it is necessary to replat <br />Lots 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 into two lots. <br />Also, as part of the pre - development <br />process it is necessary to get a <br />topographical survey of these same five <br />lots. The Abonmarche Group of South <br />Bend has submitted two separate <br />proposals for lots 9 through 13 to <br />provide: (1) subdivision platting services <br />in the amount of $1,950; and <br />(2) topographical work not to exceed <br />$1,500.
