Housing <br />(2) continued... <br />Mr. Inks advised that all obligations under <br />the Real Estate Mortgage and Security <br />Agreement related to the Rental Rehab loan <br />for 237 S. Kaley Street have been waived or <br />satisfied and the mortgage may be released. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Satisfaction of <br />Obligations and Release of Mortgage for <br />property located at 237 S. Kaley Street. <br />(Daniel Kois) <br />B. South Bend Central Development Area <br />There was no business in the South Bend <br />Central Development Area. <br />C. Sample -Ewing Development Area <br />(1) Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1894 related to acquisition <br />of property in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area by Eminent Domain. <br />Mr. Schalliol reported that Resolution <br />No. 1894 sets the acquisition price for <br />fourteen properties located in the Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area. Mr. Schalliol <br />noted that the resolution adding the <br />properties to the acquisition list was <br />Resolution No. 1839. <br />Mr. Hunt asked if the owners had been <br />informed of the intended acquisitions. <br />Mr. Schalliol responded that the owners will <br />be sent Purchase Offer letters today. <br />4 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE SATISFACTION OF <br />OBLIGATIONS AND RELEASE OF MORTGAGE FOR <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 237 S.
