South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting —June 21, 2002 <br />3. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS (CONT.) <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by Mr. <br />Faccenda and unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved the Claims submitted June 21, 2002, and <br />ordered the checks to be released. <br />4. COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were no Communications. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />There was no Old Business. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />A. Housing <br />(1) Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver for property located <br />at 237 S. Kaley Street in connection with <br />the Rental Rehab Program. (Daniel Kois) <br />Under the Rental Rehab loan program ten <br />percent of the loan is waived each year if the <br />conditions of the program are met. The <br />dwelling has been inspected by the Building <br />Department and those conditions have been <br />met. This Certificate of Waiver forgives <br />$750.00 as of October 1, 2001. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded by <br />Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Certificate of <br />Waiver for property located at 237 S. Kaley <br />Street. (Daniel Kois) <br />(2) Commission approval requested for <br />Satisfaction of Obligations and Release <br />of Mortgage for property located at <br />237 S. Kaley Street. (Daniel Kois) <br />3 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE CLAIMS SUBMITTED <br />JUNE 21, 2002, AND ORDERED THE CHECKS TO <br />BE RELEASED. <br />THERE WERE NO COMMUNICATIONS. <br />THERE WAS NO OLD BUSINESS. <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE CERTIFICATE OF <br />WAIVER FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />237 S.
