South Bend Central Development Area <br />(5) continued... <br />Mr. Williams reported that two quotes <br />were received for appraisal services on <br />property located at 401 E. Monroe Street. <br />The proposals are as follows: <br />Jerome E. Michaels, MAI $3,900 <br />R. E. Pitts & Associates, Inc. $3,300 <br />Two proposals are required for appraisal <br />services and staff recommends accepting <br />the proposals from both Jerome E. <br />Michaels and R. E. Pitts & Associates. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Ms. Roemer and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the proposals <br />from Jerome E. Michaels and R. E. Pitts & <br />Associates for professional services in the <br />South Bend Central Development Area. <br />(Appraisal work, 401 E. Monroe Street, <br />Key Bank property) <br />(6) Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for professional services in the <br />South Bend Central Development Area. <br />(Survey work, 401 E. Monroe Street, <br />Key Bank property) <br />Mr. Williams reported that three quotes <br />were received for surveying services at <br />401 E. Monroe Street.
