There were no objections and the <br />Commission tabled Item 6.C.3. <br />(4) Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for professional services in the <br />South Bend Central Development Area. <br />(Title work, 401 E. Monroe Street, Key <br />Bank property) <br />Mr. Williams reported that two quotes <br />were received for the preparation of a title <br />search on 401 E. Monroe Street. The <br />proposals are as follows: <br />IL- Meridian Title Corporation $100 <br />Metropolitan Title $180 <br />Staff recommends accepting the proposal <br />from Meridian Title Corporation in the <br />amount of $100. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Ms. Roemer and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the proposal <br />from Meridian Title Corporation for <br />professional services in the South Bend <br />Central Development Area.
