Public Hearings <br />(3) continued... <br />Mr. Hunt opened the Public Hearing on <br />Resolution No. 1908 and asked if there was <br />anyone who wished to speak. There being <br />no one who wished to speak regarding <br />Resolution No. 1908, Mr. Hunt closed the <br />Public Hearing for whatever action the <br />Commission wished to take. <br />(4) Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1908. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION No. 1908 <br />by Ms. Jones and unanimously carried, the AMENDING THE DECLARATORY RESOLUTION FOR <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 1908 THE SAMPLE -EWING DEVELOPMENT AREA. <br />amending the Declaratory Resolution for the <br />Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />B. Tax Abatements <br />(1) Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1909 approving an <br />application for real property tax <br />deduction for property located at <br />3820 William Richardson Drive in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area. <br />(RJR1, LLC) <br />Mr. Beitzinger gave the staff report on the <br />project and noted that Items 6.B.1. and <br />6.13.2. would be combined for reporting <br />purposes. RJR 1, LLC is the real estate <br />holding company and FDC Graphic Films is <br />the operating entity. FDC is a converter of <br />pressure sensitive films for the sign/graphics <br />industry.
