Housing <br />(1) Commission approval requested for Loan <br />and Grant in accordance with the <br />Affordable Loan Program for property <br />located at 2426 Grace Street. (Mary <br />Kowalski) <br />Mr. Inks noted that the amount of the loan <br />request is $7,550 and the amount of the <br />grant is $5,000. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded by <br />Ms. Roemer and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Loan and Grant <br />in accordance with the Affordable Loan <br />Program for property located at 2426 Grace <br />Street. (Mary Kowalski) <br />(2) Commission approval requested for Loan <br />and Grant in connection with the <br />Affordable Loan Program for property <br />located at 2107 S. Scott Street. (Lorenza <br />Rivera) <br />Mr. Inks noted that the amount of the loan <br />request is $7,750 and the amount of the <br />grant is $7,606.50. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Roemer, seconded by <br />Ms. Jones and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Loan and Grant <br />in accordance with the Affordable Loan <br />Program for property located at 2107 S. <br />Scott Street.
