COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were no Communications. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />There was no Old Business. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />A. Public Hearing <br />(1) Public Hearing on Resolution No. 1928 <br />ratifying and confirming Resolution <br />No. 1914, designating the South Side <br />Development Area, declaring the South <br />Side Development Area to be blighted, <br />approving a development plan and <br />conditions under which relocation <br />payments will be made, and establishing <br />an allocation area for purposes of tax <br />incremental financing. <br />Mr. Inks advised that the Public Hearing file <br />is complete and requested the following <br />items be entered into the record: <br />(1) Affidavits from the Tri County News and <br />South Bend Tribune that the Notice of <br />Public Hearing was published in those <br />newspapers on December 6, 2002; (2) A <br />statement from Mr. Schalliol that on <br />December 10, 2002, copies of the Notice of <br />Public Hearing were sent to the affected <br />property owners, registered neighborhood <br />associations and taxing units; (3) Copy of <br />the Notice of Hearing; (4) Copy of <br />3 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE CLAIMS SUBMITTED <br />DECEMBER 20, 2002, AND ORDERED THE CHECKS <br />TO BE RELEASED. <br />THERE WERE NO COMMUNICATIONS. <br />THERE WAS NO OLD BUSINESS. <br />
