Public Hearings <br />(1) continued... <br />fiscal year beginning January 1, <br />2002, and ending December 31, 2002, <br />including all outstanding claims and <br />obligations, fixing a time when the <br />same shall take effect. <br />Mr. Inks explained that Resolution <br />No. 1930 is an appropriation resolution <br />for Fund 424. The resolution includes <br />the budgets for the Wayne Street <br />Garage, the Wayne Street Retail Space <br />and the Palais Royale Rental Space. <br />The budget has been revised upward <br />approximately $11,000 from the <br />previous appropriation. The resolution <br />reallocates money into the various <br />accounts to make sure we are in <br />conformance with the State Board of <br />Accounts guidelines. <br />Mr. Inks asked that the following items <br />be entered into the record: (1) a copy of <br />the Notice of Hearing for Resolution <br />No. 1930; (2) an affidavit from the <br />South Bend Tribune that the Notice of <br />Hearing was published in that <br />newspaper on December 20, 2002; <br />(3) an affidavit from the Tri- County <br />News that the Notice of Hearing was <br />published in that newspaper on <br />December 20, 2002; (4) a copy of <br />Resolution No. 1930. <br />2 <br />
