(Palais <br />Royale Ballroom) <br />Mr. Inks noted that the Notice of Disposition of <br />Land for the Palais Royale Ballroom was <br />published in the South Bend Tribune and Tri- <br />County News on December 13 and <br />December 20, 2002. No bids were received as <br />of 10:00 a.m. this morning. <br />B. Public Hearings <br />(1) Public Hearing on Resolution <br />No. 1930 a resolution of the South <br />Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />appropriating monies for the purpose <br />of defraying the expenses of certain <br />local public improvements for the <br />NO BIDS WERE RECEIVED. <br />
