Awarded second phase of Oliver <br />demolition - 935,000 s.f. and <br />underground foundations etc. Work to <br />be completed by July 2003. <br />5. Prepared Studebaker /Oliver <br />Redevelopment Project report and <br />distributed it to city departments, public <br />offices, local libraries, mailing list of <br />about 1,000. <br />6. Relocated Jamil Packaging warehouse <br />operation from Oliver Building #29. <br />7. Submitted application to Petroleum <br />Remediation Grant Incentive program <br />for source area at stamping plant. <br />IDEM/IDFA have not completed their <br />r' review yet. Should hear in early 2003. <br />8. Submitted initial application to EDA <br />for site improvements in <br />Studebaker /Oliver area. EDA is <br />reviewing. <br />9. Prepared and submitted VRP <br />application for Area A (South of <br />Sample St, East of Prairie Avenue, see <br />map attached) to IDEM. <br />10. Conducted environmental tests to <br />delineate and determine extent of <br />plumes from Area A (South of Sample <br />St., East of Prairie Avenue, see map <br />attached) and Area C (Oliver Plow <br />Complex, see map attached). <br />11. Conducted interior assessments of <br />Stamping Plant (1,370,000 s.f.) Huckins <br />Tool & Die (18,000 s.f.) and <br />Underground Pipe and Valve (568,000 <br />s.f.).
