South Bend Central Development Area <br />(continued...) <br />(8) Commission approval requested for <br />Commercial Lease between the City of <br />South Bend and Kendall Catering, Inc., <br />d/b /a Catering by Billie. (117 E. Wayne <br />Street) <br />Mr. Williams reported that the retail space at <br />117 E. Wayne Street was leased to Kendall's <br />Catering d/b /a Catering by Billie for three <br />consecutive one year lease terms beginning <br />March 1, 2002. The referenced Commercial <br />Lease and rent schedule covers the second <br />period from March 1, 2003 to February 29, <br />2004. <br />Mr. Hunt asked if Ms. Kendall's lease <br />payments were current. Mr. Williams <br />replied that they were. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Commercial <br />Lease between the City of South Bend and <br />Kendall Catering, Inc., d/b /a Catering by <br />Billie. (117 E. Wayne Street) <br />(9) Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for professional services in the <br />South Bend Central Development Area. <br />(Survey work, Hall of Fame & Chocolate <br />Factory site) <br />Mr. Schalliol reported that as part of the due <br />diligence process for disposition of property <br />in the South Bend Central Development <br />Area, survey work needs to be completed to <br />11 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE COMMERCIAL <br />LEASE BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND AND <br />KENDALL CATERING, INC., D /B /A CATERING BY <br />BILLIE.
