Staff recommends <br />accepting the proposal from the lowest <br />bidder on each project, C & S Service, Inc. <br />ILand Forsey Construction, Inc. <br />Mr. Kahn seconded b <br />Upon a motion by y <br />Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the request for <br />maintenance work at the Blackthorn Golf <br />Course Clubhouse and authorized staff to <br />retain C & S Service, Inc. for plumbing <br />services and Forsey Construction, Inc. for <br />electrostatic painting services. <br />(3) Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1965 authorizing the <br />issuance of Tax Increment Revenue <br />Bonds, Series 2003, of the South Bend <br />Redevelopment District. <br />Mr. Randy Rompola, Baker & Daniels, <br />explained that Resolution No. 1965 is a <br />follow -up to the preliminary bond <br />Resolution No. 1960 adopted February 21, <br />2003 authorizing up to $13M worth of Tax <br />17 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE REQUEST FOR <br />MAINTENANCE WORK AT THE BLACKTHORN <br />GOLF COURSE CLUBHOUSE AND AUTHORIZED <br />STAFF TO RETAIN C& S SERVICE, INC.
