Sample -Ewing Development Area <br />(2) continued... <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Ms. Jones and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission accepted the proposal from Hill <br />Truck Sales for land in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area, with the condition that <br />the Board of Zoning Appeals and the <br />Building Department must approve any <br />variance in parking surface and drainage <br />requirements. <br />D. Airport Economic Development Area <br />(1) Commission approval requested for <br />Letter of Agreement from Baker & <br />v' Daniels to serve as Legal Bond Counsel <br />for the Airport Tax Increment Finance <br />(TIF) Revenue Bond Financing. <br />Mr. Rock noted that Baker & Daniels has <br />submitted a proposal to provide bond <br />counsel for the Airport TIF Revenue Bond <br />Financing. The proposed fee is a not -to- <br />exceed amount of $18,000. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded by <br />Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Letter of <br />Agreement from Baker & Daniels to serve <br />as Legal Bond Counsel for the Airport Tax <br />Increment Finance (TIF) Revenue Bond <br />Financing. <br />(2) Commission approval requested for <br />Letter of Agreement from Crowe Chizek <br />to perform financial advisory services for <br />the Airport Area and Bond Refundings. <br />33 <br />COMMISSION ACCEPTED THE PROPOSAL FROM <br />HILL TRUCK SALES FOR LAND IN THE SAMPLE - <br />EWING DEVELOPMENT AREA, WITH THE <br />CONDITION THAT THE BOARD OF ZONING <br />APPEALS AND THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT <br />MUST APPROVE ANY VARIANCE IN PARKING <br />SURFACE AND DRAINAGE REQUIREMENTS. <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE LETTER OF <br />AGREEMENT FROM BAKER & DANIELS TO SERVE <br />AS LEGAL BOND COUNSEL FOR THE AIRPORT <br />TAX INCREMENT FINANCE (TIF) REVENUE <br />BOND FINANCING. <br />
