Sample -Ewing Development Area <br />(1) continued.... <br />improvements (if desired). <br />• Installation of an HVAC system <br />meeting all building codes. <br />• Cleaning and painting of interior <br />brick as needed (including lead base <br />paint abatement if necessary). <br />• Construction of a new steel frame <br />masonry veneer 7,500 square foot <br />storage building on the site. <br />• Paving the surface of, and installing <br />curbing around, the storage areas and <br />parking areas. <br />• Construction of an outdoor area to <br />IL display hardscape materials. <br />• Construction of an approved <br />masonry monument sign. <br />• Apply 2" leveling concrete or <br />masonry surface to Boilerhouse <br />floor. <br />The staff recommends accepting the revised <br />proposal from Rose Fuel and authorizing <br />staff to finalize a Development Agreement <br />and Contract for Sale of Land to be <br />approved at a later meeting. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded by <br />Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission accepted the revised proposal <br />from Rose Fuel for land in the Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area and authorized <br />staff to prepare a development agreement <br />and Contract for Sale of Land. <br />30 <br />COMMISSION ACCEPTED THE REVISED PROPOSAL <br />FROM ROSE FUEL FOR LAND IN THE SAMPLE - <br />EWING DEVELOPMENT AREA AND AUTHORIZED <br />STAFF TO PREPARE A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />AND CONTRACT FOR SALE OF LAND. <br />
