Commission authorization requested to use <br />Commission owned property located at 215 <br />and 217 South Main Street in the South Bend <br />Central Development Area from December 4 <br />through December 29, 2003. (Center For The <br />Homeless, 15" Anniversary Celebration) <br />Mr. Mathia reported that at the October 17, <br />2003 meeting, a request was considered from <br />the Center For The Homeless to use <br />Commission owned property on December 4, <br />2003 for a program celebrating its <br />15`x' anniversary. The property is located at 215 <br />c 3 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE CLAIMS SUBMITTED <br />NOVEMBER 7, 2003, AND ORDERED THE CHECKS <br />TO BE RELEASED. <br />THERE WERE NO COMMUNICATIONS. <br />
