South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting— December 19, 2003 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />A. Public Hearings <br />(1) continued... <br />resolutions on the agenda related to the <br />proposed Northeast Neighborhood <br />Development Plan and requested favorable <br />findings for Resolution Nos. 2014, 2015 and <br />2021. <br />Mr. Hunt asked if there was anyone else <br />from the public who wished to speak. There <br />being no one else from the public who <br />wished to speak regarding Resolution <br />No. 2014, Mr. Hunt closed the Public <br />Hearing for whatever action the Commission <br />wished to take. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission found the proposed amendment <br />to be appropriate and reasonable, to conform <br />to the comprehensive plan for the City of <br />South Bend and approved Resolution <br />No. 2014 amending the South Bend Central <br />Development Area Development Plan. <br />(South Bend Central Development Area) <br />(2) Public Hearing on Resolution No. 2015 <br />contracting the boundaries of the South <br />Bend Central Development Area, <br />reducing the Allocation Area for purposes <br />of Tax Increment Financing and <br />amending the Development Plan for the <br />South Bend Central Development Area. <br />Ms. Hughes reported that Resolution <br />No. 2015 was also related to the proposed <br />creation of the Northeast Neighborhood <br />7 <br />COMMISSION FOUND THE PROPOSED <br />AMENDMENT TO BE APPROPRIATE AND <br />REASONABLE, TO CONFORM TO THE <br />COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND AND APPROVED RESOLUTION NO. 2014 <br />AMENDING THE SOUTH BEND CENTRAL <br />DEVELOPMENT AREA DEVELOPMENT PLAN. <br />(SOUTH BEND CENTRAL DEVELOPMENT AREA) <br />
