Public Hearings <br />(1) continued... <br />make the following findings: (1) the <br />amendment is reasonable and appropriate <br />when considered in relation to the original <br />resolution or development plan and purposes <br />of the Redevelopment Act and; (2) the <br />resolution or plan, as amended, conforms to <br />the comprehensive plan for the City of South <br />Bend. <br />(2) Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 2029. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Ms. Jones and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission found the proposed amendment <br />to be appropriate and reasonable, to conform <br />to the comprehensive plan for the City of <br />South Bend and approved Resolution <br />No. 2029 amending the South Bend Central <br />Development Area Development Plan. <br />(South Bend Central Development Area) <br />(3) Public Hearing on Resolution No. 2034 <br />approving a supplemental appropriation <br />resolution of the City of South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission. (Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area) <br />Mr. Inks reported that Resolution No. 2034 <br />appropriates $850,896 for the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area TIF. <br />Mr. Inks advised that the Public Hearing file <br />is complete and requested the following <br />items be entered into the record: (1) Copy of <br />C5 <br />COMMISSION FOUND THE PROPOSED <br />AMENDMENT TO BE APPROPRIATE AND <br />REASONABLE, TO CONFORM TO THE <br />COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND AND APPROVED RESOLUTION NO. 2029 <br />AMENDING THE SOUTH BEND CENTRAL <br />DEVELOPMENT AREA DEVELOPMENT PLAN. <br />(SOUTH BEND CENTRAL DEVELOPMENT AREA) <br />
