South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting—February 20, 2004 <br />3. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS (CONT.) <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded by <br />Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Claims submitted <br />February 20, 2004, and ordered the checks to be <br />released. <br />4. COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were no Communications. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />There was no Old Business. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />A. Public Hearings <br />,ago--., <br />(1) Public Hearing on Resolution No. 2029 a <br />resolution of the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission amending <br />the South Bend Central Development <br />Area Development Plan. <br />Mr. Inks noted that the Public Hearing file <br />was complete and requested the following <br />items be entered into the record: (1) Copy of <br />the Notice of Hearing; (2) Copy of <br />Resolution No. 2029; (3) Affidavits from the <br />Tri County News and South Bend Tribune <br />that the Notice of Public Hearing was <br />published in those newspapers on <br />February 6, 2004; (4) Statement from staff <br />that affected property owners and registered <br />neighborhood associations were notified; <br />and (5) As of 10:00 a.m. this morning, no <br />written remonstrances were received. <br />3 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE CLAIMS SUBMITTED <br />FEBRUARY 20, 2004, AND ORDERED THE CHECKS <br />TO BE RELEASED. <br />THERE WERE NO COMMUNICATIONS. <br />THERE WAS NO OLD BUSINESS. <br />
