Staff <br />recommends approving the Certificate of <br />Completion for the Holy Cross Health Care <br />System Corporation project. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by <br />Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Certificate of <br />Completion for 3575 Moreau Court in the <br />Blackthorn Corporate Office Park in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area. <br />(Holy Cross Health Care System <br />Corporation) <br />(2) Staff report on disposition of property <br />located in the US 31 Industrial Park in <br />the Airport Economic Development Area. <br />(Lots 4, 5 and 6) <br />Mr. Schalliol reported on a proposal <br />submitted to purchase and develop Lots 4, 5 <br />and 6 in the US 31 Industrial Park by <br />Mr. Paul E. Krizman, Krizman <br />Development. The proposed purchase price <br />is $133,000 for Lot 4 consisting of 1.4 acres, <br />or $95,000 per acre. The Developer would <br />like to have first right of refusal to purchase <br />Lot 5 within 18 months of completion of <br />Phase I of the project. In addition, the <br />Developer would like first right of refusal on <br />Lot 6 within 24 months of completion of <br />Phase I of the project.
