Sample -Ewing Development Area <br />(1) continued... <br />of Agreement between the Redevelopment <br />Commission and the Indiana State Historic <br />Preservation Officer (SHPO) will serve to <br />release the #2 Forge Shop at the former <br />Oliver Plow Works property for demolition. <br />The Commission agrees to document the <br />structures prior to demolition and provide <br />materials from that documentation to the <br />SHPO. Staff has the majority of the <br />documentation completed and will conclude <br />the remaining tasks in -house at the first <br />available opportunity. The Commission is <br />requested to sign the Agreement as a <br />concurring party together with the Historic <br />Landmarks Foundation of Indiana and the <br />Historic Preservation Commission. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by <br />Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved a request for <br />concurrence with a Memorandum of <br />Agreement between The City of South Bend <br />and The Indiana State Historic Preservation <br />Officer. (Former Oliver Plow Works, <br />#2 Forge Shop) <br />Mr. Rock requested that Item 6.E. (7) be moved to the <br />beginning of the agenda; followed by Item 6.E.(6). <br />There were no objections and Items 6E. (7) and 6.E. (6) <br />were moved to the beginning of the agenda. <br />COMMISSION APPROVED A REQUEST FOR <br />CONCURRENCE WITH A MEMORANDUM OF <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND AND THE INDIANA STATE HISTORIC <br />PRESERVATION OFFICER. (FORMER OLIVER <br />PLOW WORKS, #2 FORGE SHOP) <br />ITEMS 6.E.(7) AND 6.E.(6) WERE MOVED TO THE <br />BEGINNING OF THE AGENDA. <br />
