South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting —April 16, 2004 <br />3. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS (CONT.) <br />FUND 619 BLACKTHORN <br />Meadowbrook Golf Group, Inc. <br />Mr. Rock reported that the Sabre Demolition <br />Corporation claim in the amount of $192,071 was <br />related to the St. Joseph & Jefferson parking <br />structure. The Walsh & Kelly claim in the amount <br />of $133,897.53 is for the extension of Ameritech <br />Drive South related to the recently constructed hotel <br />in Blackthorn. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded by <br />Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Claims submitted <br />April 16, 2004, and ordered the checks to be <br />released. <br />4. COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were no Communications. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />A. Sample -Ewing Development Area <br />(1) Commission approval requested for <br />concurrence with a Memorandum of <br />Agreement between The City of South <br />Bend and The Indiana State Historic <br />Preservation Officer. (Former Oliver <br />Plow Works, #2 Forge Shop) <br />Mr. Laurent reported that the Memorandum <br />of Agreement was originally tabled at the <br />March 5, 2004 meeting. The Memorandum <br />C, 4 <br />30,000.00 <br />651,192.70 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE CLAIMS SUBMITTED <br />APRIL 16, 2004, AND ORDERED THE CHECKS TO <br />BE RELEASED. <br />THERE WERE NO COMMUNICATIONS. <br />
