The proposal will <br />meet the Commission's need to oversee the <br />property on an interim bases until a <br />permanent use for the building is found, or <br />until the decision is made on the kinds and <br />level of management services required for <br />holding the building long term. CB Richard <br />Ellis is providing similar services for other <br />Commission owned properties and has <br />performed satisfactorily. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded by <br />Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved a request for a <br />Facility Management Agreement between <br />Robert Bradley Associates, LLC d/b /a <br />CB Richard Ellis and the City of South <br />Bend. (Hotel LaSalle) <br />(2) Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for professional services in the <br />South Bend Central Development Area. <br />(Survey services, expansion descriptions <br />& drawings) <br />Mr. Mathia reported that the southeastern <br />boundary of the South Bend Central <br />Development Area must be expanded in <br />order to complete certain obligations in the <br />development agreement between the <br />Redevelopment Commission and <br />Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. <br />(Environmental Health Labs). Wightman <br />Petrie, Inc. has submitted a proposal to <br />18 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED A REQUEST FOR A <br />FACILITY MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />ROBERT BRADLEY ASSOCIATES, LLC D /B /A <br />CB RICHARD ELLIS AND THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND.
