South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting —May 7, 2004 <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />A. Clarification of Commission record related to <br />Contract for Sale of Land for Private <br />Development between the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission and The <br />Woodwind & The Brasswind. (Parcels 9B & <br />13B, U.S. 31 Industrial Park) <br />Mr. Rock reported that the property recently <br />sold to The Woodwind & The Brasswind were <br />Parcels 9B and 13B located within the U.S. 31 <br />Industrial Park. At the Redevelopment <br />Commission Meeting of April 16, 2004, the <br />parcels were erroneously referred to as <br />Parcels 9A and 13A, although the April 16, <br />2004 agenda correctly referenced Parcels 9B and <br />13B in the US 31 Industrial Park. <br />ILUpon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded by <br />Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission clarified the record related to <br />Contract for Sale of Land for Private <br />Development between the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission and The <br />Woodwind & The Brasswind. <br />Mr. Faccenda abstained from the vote. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />A. South Bend Central Development Area <br />(1) Commission approval requested for <br />Management Agreement by and between <br />the City of South Bend and Ampco <br />System Parking. (225 S. Main, former <br />1" Source Lot) <br />Mr. Williams reported that the parking lot <br />located at 225 S. Main Street has been in <br />C 4 <br />COMMISSION CLARIFIED THE RECORD RELATED <br />TO CONTRACT FOR SALE OF LAND FOR PRIVATE <br />DEVELOPMENT BETWEEN THE SOUTH BEND <br />REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION AND THE <br />WOODWIND & THE BRASSWIND. <br />MR. FACCENDA ABSTAINED FROM THE VOTE. <br />
