APPROVAL OF CLAIMS (CONT.) <br />Stuard & Associates <br />Ziolkowski Construction <br />424 FUND TIF SBCDA - BUILDING OPERATIONS <br />Mikolajewski & Associates, Inc. <br />FUND 428 AIRPORT 2003 BOND <br />The Troyer Group <br />Mr. Hunt inquired about the Sabre Demolition <br />Corporation claim in the about of $171,500 and the <br />Kone, Inc. claim in the amount of $168,453. <br />Mr. Rock reported that the Sabre Demolition claim <br />is related to the demolition of the St. Joseph & <br />Jefferson parking structure. <br />Mr. Williams reported that the Kone, Inc. claim is <br />related to elevator repairs within the parking <br />garages. <br />Mr. Rock noted that the contract with Kone, Inc. for <br />elevator repairs, at both the Wayne Street and <br />Main & Colfax garages, was reviewed and approved <br />by the City Engineering Department. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by <br />Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Claims submitted May 7, <br />2004, and ordered the checks to be released. <br />4.
