Tax Abatements <br />(1) continued... <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 2102 <br />approving an application for personal <br />property tax deduction for property located at <br />3605 W. Cleveland Road in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. (Federal - <br />Mogul) <br />B. Housing <br />(1) Commission approval requested for Loan <br />and Grant in connection with the South <br />Bend Home Improvement Program for <br />property located at 122 S. Lake Street. <br />(Vickie Leonard) <br />Mr. Inks noted that the loan is in the amount <br />of $6,150. The grant is in the amount of <br />$7,500. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded by <br />Mr. King and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Loan and Grant in <br />connection with the South Bend Home <br />Improvement Program for property located at <br />122 S. Lake Street.
