Housing <br />(3) continued... <br />connection with the South Bend Home <br />Improvement Program for property located at <br />2102 N. Olive Street. (Nina Solloway) <br />D. South Bend Central Development Area <br />(1) Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for professional services in the <br />South Bend Central Development Area. <br />(Survey, Jefferson/St. Joseph Parking Lot) <br />Mr. Williams noted that staff has requested <br />fi� that the current survey for the Jefferson /St. <br />Joseph parking lot be expanded to include <br />topographic information as well as utility and <br />easement locations. Lang, Feeney & <br />Associates has proposed to furnish this extra <br />information for a sum of $2,115. Staff <br />recommends approval. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded by <br />Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the request for <br />proposal for professional services in the <br />South Bend Central Development Area and <br />accepted the proposal from Lang, Feeney & <br />Associates for the scope of services and fee <br />proposed. <br />(2) Commission approval requested for <br />Parking Management Agreement with <br />Ampco Parking Systems. <br />Mr. Williams noted that the Management <br />Agreement is for a term of one year and <br />includes a fee of $400 per month plus an <br />we <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE REQUEST FOR <br />PROPOSAL FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES IN THE <br />SOUTH BEND CENTRAL DEVELOPMENT AREA <br />AND ACCEPTED THE PROPOSAL FROM LANG, <br />FEENEY & ASSOCIATES FOR THE SCOPE OF <br />SERVICES AND FEE PROPOSED. <br />
