OLD BUSINESS <br />There was no Old Business. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />A. Public Hearing <br />THERE WERE NO COMMUNICATIONS <br />THERE WAS NO OLD BUSINESS <br />(1) Public Hearing on Resolution No. 2105 <br />expanding the boundaries of the South <br />Bend Central Development Area, <br />expanding the Allocation Area for <br />Purposes of Tax Increment Financing <br />and Amending the Development Plan <br />for the South Bend Central <br />Development Area. <br />Mr. Mathia explained that Resolution <br />No. 2105 will expand the South Bend <br />Central Development Area (SBCDA) <br />boundary and the South Bend Central <br />Allocation Area No. IA tax increment <br />financing district to include the area <br />described as "Expansion Area No.7." <br />This Expansion Area takes in the <br />remaining portion of the UUEHL <br />campus that is not currently in the <br />SBCDA. It also includes a parking lot <br />located on the northwest corner of <br />Washington and St. Louis that was <br />recently acquired by UUEHL. Finally, <br />Expansion Are No. 7 takes in a row of <br />properties on the southeast corner of <br />Washington and St. Louis.
