Housing <br />(3) Commission approval requested for <br />Loan and Grant in connection with the <br />South Bend Home Improvement <br />Program for property located at 1330 <br />N. Fremont Street. (Julaine A. James) <br />Mr. Inks noted that the amount of the <br />loan is $4,850. The grant is $7,500. <br />Ms. Jones noted the amount of accrued <br />debt of this applicant. She asked if staff <br />provides financial counseling for the loan <br />recipients. Ms. Greene indicated that <br />staff does provide financial counseling <br />with respect to credit card debt. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded by <br />Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Loan and <br />Grant in connection with the South Bend <br />Home Improvement Program for <br />property located at 1330 N. Sample -Ewing Development Area <br />(1) Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 2110 related to <br />acquisition of property in the Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area by Eminent <br />Domain. <br />Mr. Schalliol explained that Resolution <br />No. 2110 sets the offering price for 714 <br />East Sample Street at $41,500 and <br />authorizes the sending of a purchase offer <br />11 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE LOAN'AND <br />GRANT IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOUTH <br />BEND HOME IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1330 N.
