South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />ILI Regular Meeting — December 3, 2004 <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded by Mr. Faccenda <br />and unanimously carried, the Commission approved the <br />Claims submitted December 3, 2004, and ordered <br />checks to be released. <br />4. COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were no Communications. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />There was no Old Business. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />A. Tax Abatements <br />B. Housing <br />(1) Commission approval requested for Loan <br />IL and Grant in connection with the South <br />Bend Home Improvement Program for <br />property located at 807 Diamond Avenue. <br />(Golena Burks) <br />Mr. Inks noted that the loan is in the amount <br />of $2,050. The grant is $7,500. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded by <br />Mr. King and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Loan and Grant in <br />connection with the South Bend Home <br />Improvement Program for property located at <br />807 Diamond Avenue.
