J. Wright; <br />the expansion and relocation of Rose Fuel, <br />Tech Data, Gibbs Wire, Deluxe Sheet Metal, <br />Tire Rack, Studebaker Museum and The Vine <br />restaurant; designation of the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area, the South Side <br />Development Area, the Northeast <br />Neighborhood Development Area; the <br />Studebaker /Oliver Plow Works <br />redevelopment project and the Oliver <br />Industrial Park; the redevelopment of <br />Scottsdale Mall with the Erskine Village <br />project; and designation of the state's first <br />Sales Tax Increment Finance District; and <br />2 <br />
